100% Reconciliation

Two-stage reconciliation

We perform reconciliation in two stages:

• When we read the settlement for the first time, we make sure all the transactions sum up to the payout amount.
• After writing the summaries into QuickBooks, we make sure that the transactions written into QuickBooks also match the payout amount.

Error handling

If at any stage, there is not a case of 100% accuracy reconciliation, then Klavena will raise an error to you and to the developer team. It will also undo any partial progress in QuickBooks, so that there will be no duplicates upon further imports.
